Sisterhood Meeting
Design Dilemmas

Sunday, April 3, 2011
10:00 a.m.

At The Silky Way
11345 Montgomery Road
Cincinnati, OH

In a change of pace meeting, NHS Sisterhood met off the synagogue site at the Silky Way, a design store at Montgomery and Kemper Roads. Roz Shapiro was Program Chair.

Before the meeting began, members enjoyed a variety of pastries and drinks provided by the Silky Way before the meeting.

After a brief Sisterhood business meeting, the store's owner and president, Sally Waxman, gave the members the opportunity to present their "design dilemmas" by showing her photos and describing areas in their homes that needed decorating. She offered her advice and made many interesting suggestions. Another designer, Mary Susan Hollngsworth, was also on hand to answer questions. Afterward, Sisterhood members explored the store and took advantage of a special discount.
