Here’s how we normally do it: Some of us meet at NHS at or immediately following the 9 AM Sunday Morning Minyan. One of these must have an SUV, van, truck or very large trunk. We load in all of the cans of chili, cans of fruit cocktail, bags of carrots & cheese, boxes of crackers, jugs of milk and juice which Renee & Phyliss have purchased (Thanks) and stored in the NHS kitchen. We drive down to the Soup Kitchen and usually arrive between 10:45–11 am. The rest of us meet at the Soup Kitchen at this time. We unload the stuff and bring it in with the aid of people hanging out at the SK. We cook 2-3 tubs of chili on the stove and lay out all the rest of the stuff. We serve lunch from 12 – 1 pm, help with the clean-up and then go home. Current Sunday attendance at Soup Kitchen is 200+ people. Remaining 2008
