HaZaK
HaZak,
our Solomon Schechter Award-winning program, is dedicated to serving
the social, educational, and religious needs of our members aged 55
and over. HaZak programs are scheduled once a month on Wednesdays
from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
The word HaZaK,
which means "strength" in Hebrew, also stands for Hokhma (Wisdom), Ziknah (Maturity)
and Kadimah (Looking
Forward).
We
have organized a number of events for and with our HaZaK members
this year, including entertaining speakers and musical performances.
Erv Swillinger and Bea Goodman are co-chairs.
Watch for details
on the Home Page and the monthly Bulletin about our award-winning programming! Lunches
are free, but donations are appreciated. Please RSVP to Sheila at (513)
931-6038.
